Reverse Osmosis Chemicals
VASU- PWT is dedicated to optimizing efficiency and economy of RO operations .PWT only synthesis its own raw material polymers and finished products , our result is the most unique line of RO chemicals in the world.
SPECTRAGUARD – HI-SILICA RO ANTISCALANT
I
Liquid Antiscalant/Dispersant is a high-performance chemical pre-treatment that controls inorganic scale, metals and colloids in RO feed waters.
I
Its unique performance characteristics provide users with more complete control over system feed water chemistry, reducing membrane scaling tendencies and minimizing membrane cleaning requirement.
I
No phosphates or phosphate derivatives.
I
ANSI/NSF Standard 60 Certified for Potable Water.
TITAN ASD – ANTISCALANT
I
Antiscalant/Dispersant reduces membrane cleaning requirements by controlling membrane fouling from inorganic scale, metals, and colloids.
I
It is an economical alternative to polyacrylic acid homopolymers, acrylic acid/maleic-acid copolymers, poly-acrylamide and acrylamide copolymers and has a comparable performance.
I
No phosphates or phosphate derivatives. ANSI/NSF Standard 60 Certified for Potable Water.
BIOGUARD SHOCK
I
Rapidly neutralizes critical cell enzyme systems and kills most microorganisms within minutes. Using Bio Guard Shock in conjunction with Lavasol or OptiClean membrane cleaners will significantly improve membrane operating efficiency.
I
BioGuard Shock is an EPA registered non-oxidizing biocide that rapidly controls the growth of fungi, yeast, bacteria, and algae.
I
BioGuard Shock typically kills 99.99% of microorganisms prior to degradation yet has minimal environmental impact.
LAVASOL –MEMBRANE CLEANING CHEMICAL
I
Lavasol liquid membrane cleaners effectively remove a wide variety of foulants from polyamide thin-film composite and cellulose acetate membranes.
I
Each cleaner dilutes quickly and easily to form a solution that vigorously removes membrane foulants without harming the membrane surface.
I
Recirculate solution for at least 1 hour. Rinse system at low pressure prior to system start-up. Discard system product water 15-30 minutes after system start up.
